The hotel offers nice rooms with a great shower experience, but the tiny bath towels might need an upgrade. The service was friendly but a bit distant. The hotel rooms were very bright and cheerful, offering a comfortable stay with a lovely surprise of chilled Prosecco waiting for us. However, the bath towels were a bit outdated. While the lake view from the balcony was nice, it didn't exactly match the description of a 'lake view room'. The room felt a bit empty but had a decent balcony.

The location in Weggis, Switzerland, was excellent for exploring the area, but a bit far from the cable of rigi by car. The dining experience was very good, with fresh and warmhearted service and loved the fresh orange juice. The facilities were top-notch, perfect for a relaxing stay.
